In addition to the newsletter Gail also ran:

• 4 conventions a year (many thousands of student attendees from across the state)
• Spoke across the State
• Managed 600 plus volunteers
• Managed 74 government contractors (though she was a program person asked to do clerical work for which she was not trained or qualified to do without staff)
• Lobbied for youth in Louisiana and Nationally
• Wrote the curricula for Parents, Teachers and Students used Nationally as the "best model" and gave it to the world at no charge.
• Trained 40,000 Louisiana youth with thousands of them coming to the capital each year to make the pledge to stay off Drugs, Alcohol and pre marital sex.

Gail Dignam did all this with only One or Two staff members at any time.
