5 trips to Poland many times there debating the Communists on Television and Radio in an effort to protect the European youth against the Communist economic base which includes in large part the the ravages of their Sex and Pornography trafficking. Having waged this fight abroad Gail is now hardened to continue the fight with our own polarized elements.

American Medical Association publishes first article showing Conclusive evidence in Feb. 2010 that her programs and curricula are effective especially among the African American youth.

Gail's Guyana Abstinence Club takes South America by storm...(Gail never charged, other than expenses during all her travels around the world. She always gave the curriculum she wrote in the 1980's free to everyone everywhere and in fact posted it free online for all to download.  For those who wanted a printed book, since March of 2004, the copyright foundation offered its version online free on the NIMCO National Abstinence website at near the cost of printing. )

The country of Belize praises Gail Dignam's
famous program and requests her help for their country during its rampant AIDs  epidemic.  Later Gail received the Brigadier General and his Cabinet Members as they came to her in Louisiana in order to help them understand and implement her program and to build relations between the two countries.
